Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction scores by maintaining high service standards.
- Manage the hotel’s budget, P&L statements, and cost control measures effectively.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts professionally to maintain the hotel's reputation.
- Coordinate with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
- Proven track record in budget management and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
