Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Manage and schedule hotel staff, conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Maintain safety and security standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies and services to ensure smooth operations.
- Market the hotel effectively to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in hospitality management is a plus.
