As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining facilities, and developing strategies to enhance our market presence. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to maximize profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality inventory and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management or a related supervisory role.
- Proven track record in budget management, cost control, and revenue generation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
