Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff effectively.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, security, and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and control operating expenses to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
