Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance functions to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Guest Relations: Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome, personalized service, and immediate resolution to any concerns.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise hotel staff to maintain high service standards.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor daily revenue, manage budgets, and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online presence and attract guests.
- Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and regulatory standards are met.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality operations (minimum 2 years).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
