Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, guest services)
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and training initiatives
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues promptly
- Monitor inventory, security protocols, and facility maintenance
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless service delivery
- Implement brand standards and operational excellence policies
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience preferred
- Proven leadership in shift-based operations
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules (nights/weekends/holidays)
- Basic knowledge of PMS systems (Opera/Micros)
- Florida Food Handler/ServSafe certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Valid Florida driver's license
