Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, health codes, and safety regulations.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries with empathy and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, budget adherence, and cost control.
- Drive revenue through upselling strategies and coordinating special events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize occupancy rates and build corporate relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams and fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros, or similar) and reservation systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Certification in Hospitality Management (preferred but not required).
- Valid driver’s license and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
