Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, health codes, and safety regulations.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries with empathy and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
