Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse staff to uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
- Monitor and manage the hotel's budget, including P&L statements and forecasting.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory hospitality roles.
- Proven track record in staff training and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
