Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse staff to maintain high service standards and team morale.
- Manage inventory levels, control costs, and optimize vendor relationships.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness regulations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to maintain property excellence.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and payroll management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and POS software.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- Certification in hospitality management is a plus.
