Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and staff.
- Manage the hotel's budget, P&L, and financial targets to ensure profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts with a focus on high-touch service recovery.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to maintain property standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving financial goals.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid California driver’s license.
