Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
- Manage staff schedules, including coordinating shift work for front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Foster a positive work environment by leading regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding hospitality.
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and guest loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays (Shift Work).
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or StayNTouch is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Proven track record in customer service excellence and problem-solving.
