Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and a welcoming smile.
- Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests using our Property Management System.
- Maintain the pristine appearance of the front desk, lobby, and reception area.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and effective resolution.
- Process all payments accurately and balance daily financial reports at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting hotel amenities, dining options, and local Dallas attractions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk, guest services, or reception role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance, grooming standards, and a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
