About the Role:
You will be the face of our hotel during peak weekend periods, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. This role requires a blend of operational management, guest relations, and administrative leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure 5-star service standards.
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure the property is pristine and well-maintained.
- Handle cash handling, payroll transactions, and inventory management for the weekend shift.
- Enforce all hotel policies, safety regulations, and emergency procedures.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and staff training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree or certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations or management.
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required by business needs.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is highly desirable.
- Valid driverβs license and a clean driving record.
