Your Mission:

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their entire stay. We need someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and genuinely warm.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, handle cash transactions, and prepare daily reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of front desk experience in a hotel or upscale hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
  • Customer Service: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving conflicts professionally.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) and Microsoft Office Suite.
