Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals to foster a positive work culture.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue, increase occupancy rates, and maximize profitability.
- Handle complex guest relations and resolve conflicts with poise and professionalism.
- Monitor and control operating costs, including labor, utilities, and supplies, while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to host events and secure group bookings.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury or resort settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Deep knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or similar certification is highly desirable.
