Responsibilities
- Manage all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and concierge
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance guest experiences
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and achieve revenue targets
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams through performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market analysis
- Handle VIP guest relations and resolve escalated service issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury/resort properties
- Proven track record of exceeding financial and service goals
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and revenue management
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid California Food Handler and ServSafe certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
