Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve escalated complaints to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality software (e.g., Opera, Micros, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred but not required.
