Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and revenue generation strategies to maximize profitability.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals to ensure high performance.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and brand standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and community partners.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complex issues with a focus on loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality software and property management systems (e.g., Opera).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a high-volume luxury environment.
