Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a diverse staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing ongoing training.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize occupancy rates and revenue growth.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with the utmost professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and control the hotel's budget, including P&L management, payroll, and expense control.
- Cultivate relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and tourism boards to enhance the hotel's reputation.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large hotel operations and staff teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and POS systems.
