Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor budget variances and control expenses to maximize profitability.
- Handle complex guest inquiries and resolve conflicts with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related hospitality role.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving revenue goals.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
