Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage departmental budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control measures
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management programs
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Drive revenue optimization through strategic partnerships and local market engagement
- Resolve escalated guest inquiries with exceptional service recovery techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury or full-service properties
- Proven track record in P&L management and operational excellence
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop diverse teams
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's and Alcohol Management certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
