Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage P&L statements, budgets, and financial performance metrics
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Expertise in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Ohio Food Protection Manager certification
