Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs and handle payment transactions
- Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily revenue reports
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for property safety
- Monitor surveillance systems and enforce access control protocols
- Prepare detailed shift reports for management handover
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional cash handling and reconciliation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
