Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Market hotel amenities and services to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hotel or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/nights
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of Minneapolis area preferred
