Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations and ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Manage and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L, budget adherence, and revenue strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle high-level guest relations and resolve complex issues professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel or hospitality management.
- Proven track record in leadership, team development, and operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality software and property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
