- Handle high-profile guest inquiries and resolve escalated complaints with grace and efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores and operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) and reservation systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
