Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments using PMS software
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for optimal operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery and appearance
- Utilize yield management techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling and billing
- Valid Florida driver's license (for airport shuttle duties)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
