Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Guest Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with guests and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse staff to maintain high performance and engagement levels.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to drive occupancy rates and organize special events.
- Compliance: Ensure all state and federal regulations, as well as corporate policies, are strictly followed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hotel management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) and budgeting software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams through high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
