Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless execution.
- Guest Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and resolve complex issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budget variance, manage labor costs, and drive revenue through upselling and marketing initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards and local regulations.
- Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team to host events and maintain relationships with corporate partners.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in hotel management, hospitality supervision, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to think on your feet and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
