Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic revenue management initiatives
- Train and mentor staff to deliver premium guest experiences
- Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and operational challenges
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hotel management with luxury property experience
- Proven revenue growth and P&L management track record
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Valid Florida hospitality license
- Advanced knowledge of Opera/PMS systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
