Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend check-ins, check-outs, and daily operations
- Manage room assignments, reservations, and special guest requests with precision
- Operate hotel management systems and POS technology efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain pristine lobby areas, public spaces, and back-of-house cleanliness
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams seamlessly
- Process cash transactions and reconcile daily financial reports accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hotel operations experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible weekends, holidays, and variable shifts

- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
