In this role, you will manage the reception area with grace and efficiency, handling check-ins and check-outs while providing top-tier customer service. Responsibilities
- Execute efficient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Provide exceptional guest service by answering inquiries, making reservations, and managing requests promptly.
- Maintain the pristine appearance of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and resolve them to guest satisfaction.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, routing them appropriately to department heads.
- Assist with concierge services, including recommendations for local dining and attractions in Phoenix.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A professional appearance and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
