Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly financial reconciliations and closing reports with 100% accuracy.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries during the night shift.
- Monitor security systems and property safety protocols.
- Handle cash, credit, and room key transactions securely.
- Perform wake-up calls and assist with special guest requests.
- Maintain a pristine lobby environment and common areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous hospitality experience or accounting background is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
