Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Manage staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance reviews to ensure high service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and address feedback or complaints immediately and professionally.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including budgets, payroll, and inventory management.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with local vendors and community partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel management or a related hospitality role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
