Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and guest rooms during the night shift.
- Conduct nightly security patrols and monitor surveillance equipment to ensure property safety.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Assist in processing payments and managing cash drawers accurately.
- Collaborate with day shift staff to ensure a seamless handover of information.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
