Responsibilities
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are spotless and sanitized during the night shift.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-ins, provide information about local attractions, and respond to requests promptly.
- Security & Safety: Monitor security cameras, ensure doors are secured, and report any irregularities to management immediately.
- Restock Supplies: Monitor and replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies in guest rooms and lobbies.
- Light Maintenance: Perform minor repairs, such as changing lightbulbs or unclogging drains, to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Shift Handover: Complete detailed logs regarding key incidents, maintenance issues, and room status before the morning shift begins.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to interact politely with guests and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and order.
