Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Manage room status updates, inventory control, and basic maintenance coordination
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Participate in shift handovers and team briefings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with reservation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred for errands
