Responsibilities
- Guest Assistance: Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures during the night shift.
- Security & Safety: Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Maintenance Support: Perform light cleaning duties, restock amenities in guest rooms, and report maintenance issues.
- Reception Duties: Answer phones, manage messages, and handle basic inquiries from guests.
- Concierge Services: Provide directions and local recommendations to late-night guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- No Experience Needed: High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
