Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Handle guest complaints and implement service recovery protocols
- Monitor departmental budgets and control operational costs
- Collaborate with sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Conduct regular property inspections for safety and quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hotel management with luxury brand experience
- Proven leadership skills with team management expertise
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Georgia Food Service Manager certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
