Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with housekeeping/security teams
- Maintain property security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Operate PMS systems and maintain guest records
- Provide local area recommendations and concierge services
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Proficiency in Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid DC work authorization and professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of DC attractions and transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
