Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance guest satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance including P&L statements and budget adherence
- Lead staff training initiatives and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with sales team to maximize room occupancy and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Resolve escalated guest issues and maintain high service quality
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hotel management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction metrics
- Strong financial acumen with P&L experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Hotel management degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Experience with staff training and development programs
