Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor hotel security and safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff
- Manage front desk operations, including reservation management and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and facility upkeep
- Respond promptly to guest requests and emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Complete nightly audit reports and administrative documentation
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required – we train all associates
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license if assisting with valet services
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
