Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression for their stay in Nashville or Texas.
- Guest Assistance: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and courteously, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintenance Standards: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas to meet high-quality standards.
- Administrative Support: Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones in a timely and accurate manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, health codes, and hotel policies to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
