Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in processes and providing a positive first impression.
- Luggage Services: Efficiently manage guest luggage, ensuring safe and timely transport to guest rooms.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and public areas to meet our high standards of excellence.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls with professionalism, transferring messages, and responding to guest inquiries promptly.
- Guest Assistance: Provide directions and recommendations for local dining and attractions, ensuring guests feel at home in Dallas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and the front desk team to coordinate seamless guest experiences.
- Special Requests: Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; capable of lifting luggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
