Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional, and hospitable demeanor.
- Assist with luggage handling, valet parking coordination, and transportation services to ensure a smooth arrival and departure process.
- Provide local area information, dining recommendations, and directions to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain the lobby, public areas, and corridor areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Resolve guest inquiries and special requests promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or as a porter is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy luggage for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
