Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using PMS systems
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate switchboard and manage communications
- Maintain security protocols and key control
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability (nights/weekends)
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
