Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to guest inquiries via email or chat.
- Maintain a pristine and organized lobby and reception area at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with booking reservations and managing the Property Management System (PMS).
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments and balance the daily cash drawer accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
