Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout shifts
- Manage room assignments, key distribution, and guest requests efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols during all shifts
- Assist with event setup and special guest accommodations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for property duties)
