Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping and maintenance schedules to ensure room readiness.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Train and mentor junior staff on service standards and operational procedures.
- Manage cash handling and end-of-shift reporting accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
