Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and security teams during assigned shifts
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs, VIP requests, and service recovery
- Monitor room inventory and coordinate maintenance requests
- Train and mentor staff on service standards and safety protocols
- Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism and discretion
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management experience with shift leadership
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management systems
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California Food Handler's Card preferred
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Knowledge of San Francisco tourism and attractions
